Support needed for new medical treatment

Story

Hello dear friends. Many of you know my struggles with autoimmune diseases, and have seen the ups and downs of my journey. I recently started a new medication that has had a very positive effect on my ulcerative colitis, and maybe even my iritis, but has unfortunately caused other problems, and I have now been dealing with some very intense pain and other issues that have been going on and off now for the past 3 months.

I have good days, but my bad days are really bad, to the point that I struggle to work, then just lay down the rest of the day, unable to function.

My mom found a doctor that has some outpatient treatment options that seem very promising, but are not covered under my insurance. I can put some of the payments on my care credit, but don’t have enough of a balance to cover all the sessions, as I will need 4-6.

I’m doing this because I’m basically desperate. I don’t like asking for money, but I just don’t feel like I can keep going on as a functioning adult anymore in this condition. I need medical help, as soon as possible. I just don’t think I can wait any longer. When the pain hits, I just can’t physically handle it anymore.
